Aurther C. Clarke died today.
Although I never really liked his novels (because they are too hard-core), I still regard him as one of the best sci-fi masters.
And he is a fellow atheist.
"Absolutely no religious rites of any kind, relating to any religious faith, should be associated with my funeral," he wrote.
*sigh*
It is a loss to the human race that he did not leave his good genes behind.
